    Deo Tibba Trek Overview The Deo Tibba Trek is a trek that takes place in India.

    The Deo Tibba Trek provides spectacular views of the snow-capped peaks of Deo Tibba (6001m) and Indrasan (6220m), as well as the Jagatsukh and Deo Tibba glaciers. If the thought of trekking to Deo Tibba conjures up images of scenic mountains, lush meadows, and stunning peaks, you’re not alone.

    The scenic destinations of your trek are Chikka, Seri, Tainta, and mini Chandra Tal, which allow you to observe nature in its purest form, with alpine flowers, glimpses of famous peaks, rivulets, and the popular Ravi River. Spend some time gazing at the distant peaks or simply admiring the beautiful waterfall, and you will fall in love with the Deo Tibba trek.

    An expedition to the famous highlands of Emerald Lake Mini Chandra Taal. Feast your eyes as you witness the beauty of the entire region from 14,000 feet.

    In Manali, see the glaciers of Mt. Deo Tibba and Jagatsukh.

    Difficulty Level: Moderate Deo Tibba Trek

    75 km total trek distance

    Temperatures range from 10 to 15 degrees in the morning to -2 to -5 degrees at night.

    The optimal travel time  is from May to October.

    Jogindernagar Railway Station is the nearest railway station.

    Kullu’s Bhuntar Airport is the closest airport.

    Getting to Manali:

    By Air:

     Manali does not have an airport; however, the nearest airport is Bhuntar in Kullu, which is 50 kilometres away. Air India operates flights between Kullu and Delhi, but they are infrequent and expensive. Himalayan Bulls offers flights to Kullu airport from Chandigarh.

    Ambala Cantt, the nearest train station to Manali, is 200 kilometres away. A train to Chandigarh, which is 250 kilometres away, is another option. The Delhi-Amritsar route passes through Ambala Cantt.

    By Road:

    The state bus service in Himachal Pradesh is excellent, and frequent buses run from the region to various parts of the country at a reasonable cost. The most cost-effective and time-saving method of

    Manali is connected by road to a number of locations, including Delhi (540 kilometres), Chandigarh (305 kilometres), Dehradun (227 kilometres), and Ambala (370km). There are also several private buses that run between the hill station and various parts of the state.

    Day 1 of the Deo Tibba Trek

    Drive to Khatnol Village from Manali and begin the trek to Chikka.

    The Deo Tibba Base Camp trek begins in Khanol and ends when you arrive in Manali in the morning.

    Take a quick drive to Khatnol village, the trek’s starting point.

    Various types of berries and flowers can be found along the hiking trail.

    Chikka, which resembles a snake, takes 6-7 hours to reach.

    The views of the Deo Tibba and Indrasan peaks, as well as the Spiti valley, are magnificent welcome gifts.

    The view opens up at Chikka, which boasts of Nag Mandir and one of the best camping sites.

    For the night, check into your camps.

    Day 2: Chikka to Seri Trek

    Begin your trek along the Jagatsukh allah’s bank and enter the incandescent forests, which will lead you to a stunning landscape strewn with boulders and a carpet of velvety grass and vibrant wildflowers.

    Ascend to the Seri meadows, leaving the tree line behind.

    Seri was once a glaciated lake, but it is now a lovely large meadow drained by icy rivulets and studded with an amazing variety of herbs and wildflowers, with the stunning Tainta waterfall looming in the distance.

    Spend the night at the campground.

    Day 3: Seri to Tainta Trek

    Begin your journey by walking across the flat meadow and wading through the streams that feed the Jagatsukh nallah.

    Prepare for a steep climb through boulders to a moraine field where you’ll see the massive Deo Tibba and Indrasan for the first time.

    You’ll have plenty of time today to relax and acclimate.

    Relax and spend the night in one of the set-up tents.

    Day 4: Trek from Tainta to Mini Chandratal, then back to Tainta.

    You’ll see a stunning emerald blue glacial lake, mini Chandra Tal, after an uphill climb across moraine fields.

    The lake’s shores are adorned with hundreds of wildflowers.

    The snow-covered Deo Tibba gleams against the bright blue sky the entire way.

    The high altitude lake with emerald blue water will entice you to complete one final steep climb.

    After that, you’ll return to Tainta.

    Stay in your tents for the night.

    Day 5: Tainta to Chikka Trek

    Retrace your steps back through Seri, stopping for lunch at Dudu Pathar.

    The descent is straightforward and will take approximately 4 hours to complete.

    Stay in the tents for the night.

    Day 6: 

    Trek to Khatnol Village and return to Manali via Prini If you wish, you can stay longer in Solang Valley and participate in adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, and other similar activities (At an extra cost). Arrive in Manali late in the afternoon. Take some time to stroll through the local market or engage in leisurely individual activities before continuing on to your final destination.

    Warm clothing Caps are recommended for the Deo Tibba Trek.
